House hasn't sold

Well, we are back from our 2 week cruise around New Zealand, finishing in Aus. What a great trip!!! It has been so hard to get back to some semblance of normalcy. :(

Our house hasn't sold; the agent, in our opinion, didn't have our best interest at heart. To us, it seems he was working for a builder; buy a bargain, fix for 50k, sell in 2 years for 200k profit.
We are not imagining this; all events point EXACTLY to this scenario. So, we will go with a well known local agent in the New Year. We have already decided where to improve our house further, hopefully it won't cost too much as we have family in the building trade, and Rick is a Handyman, and I am very good at holding things up, and fetching! :lol

So, I will post my lengthy review of our wonderful New Zealand cruise soon.
